Life lessons from alli

You may think that the Alli website is only useful for people actually taking the new weight loss medication alli. You would be wrong. It's also a great place to glean basic etiquette. For example, they teach:

You may not usually get gassy, but it's a possibility when you take alli. The bathroom is really the best place to go when that happens.

Now that's good advice with or without meds. Nobody wants to see that.

You have to be really desperate to lose weight to risk crapping your pants every time you eat more than 15 grams of fat! I would've just pooped al lover myself with the 3 crackers I just ate.
